All orders are made to order, that means they'll be fresh!
You will have to specify if you'd like your order for a specific date, otherwise it will be made within 3-5 working days.
All biscuits are sent via Royal Mail's Tracked service which is 1 business day once shipped.
All cupcake orders are collection only. For orders of larger cakes a specific date will need to be requested at least 2 weeks prior to event.
There are no refunds as all orders are custom, unless of course JTG cannot fulfil their commitment to your order.
